talentsconnect, a German HR technology company headquartered in Cologne, specializes in developing talent acquisition and retention software to enhance talent experience and HR processes. talentsconnect needed a better way to deliver insights from their client data files. Initially, they used Power BI but found it restrictive and difficult to customize for specific business logic. Semaphor enabled talentsconnect to separate analytics from their core application. Semaphor also provided an efficient way to implement multi-tenancy over S3 buckets. By segmenting client data via S3 prefixes instead of provisioning separate databases, they reduced both complexity and costs.
